Mr. Theme Design was established in early 2006 as a one man operation located in Southern Maryland. Our primary focus at the time was creation, and distribution of themes and templates for the XOOPS Content Management System. Over time we have grown into a well developed, and efficient design company.

Our team is dedicated to providing our customers with the best services for their website needs. We now extend our services into other Content Management Systems. Including; Impress CMS, Drupal, Joomla!, and many others.
